- Only 36 days to get your TV in compliance with the digital age. And you know what that means: If you don't get a converter box, you'll still be able to get Sticky Doorknobs every day.
- "Marley and Me" is a great book and a good movie with phenomenal, beautiful Labradors that literally carry the story, but (spoiler alert): If you have ever been in a veterinarian's exam room when a beloved pet is put down, you will feel like you are there all over again when you watch this movie. Really a difficult few minutes. But, as a friend noted, the absence of tears from Owen Wilson as he watched Marley being put down is not believable.

- Separated at Birth? Reporter-Telegram creative web guy and graphic artist extraordinaire Craig Campbell, far right, and ESPN talk show host Mike Golic.
- If the premiere of '24' Season 7 last night is an indication, my Sunday nights will be booked for awhile.
- Speaking of FOX TV, we're proud to say that West Texas ex-pat Teri Carter, a regular on the Robert Hallmark Morning Drive on KCRS, will be providing American Idol updates again this year, beginning with this week's premiere.
- For Cowboy fans the only thing worse than a Cowboy-less Super Bowl is the thought of an all-Pennsylvania Super Bowl. And the only thing worse than the possibility of an all-Pennsylvania Super Bowl is the reality of one, which is very close to happening.

Separated at Birth, Part 2: If ever a movie is made about New Mexico governor Bill Richardson's life, Oliver Platt, far left, would have to be odds-on-favorite to grab the lead role.
- IMHO: Kristen Wiig has the ability to be the next Tina Fey or Amy Poehler, but SNL is gonna have to get her some better material to work with. Or a politician who looks like her.
Glad you enjoyed Jack Bauer last night - as did we. However, as the resident expert on FOX, I must tell you that starting next week, 24 will be on Monday nights from 8-9pm. House is moving to Monday's 7-8pm. So, it's a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday powerhouse! I don't know about you, but last night on 24, I was praying that they didn't crash the plane (I thought surely they wouldn't do that). They didn't and I breathed a sigh of relief!
