Jimmy, if there's a silver lining to this cloudy story - for me, at least - it's that stories such as this offer proof that John Q. Public is every bit as capable as some media professionals in producing and broadcasting the ill-advised, the indiscreet and the tasteless. At least we are held accountable for waht we do ... when we cross the line, we pay the consequences. But, from what you've described in your post, I don't see anything coming this mook's way except '15 minutes of fame' and some cash.

Chris Clark

Doesnt seem much different than Americas Funniest Home videos. They've been doing it for years.

And giving out cash prizes too....

John

I don't see anything wrong with this. What am I missing? A kid was being funny and his parents caught it on tape. This has been happening since the invention of the video camera (if not the cave drawing).

How anti-small business!

Jimmy

Chris ... probably why I never watch AFV either.

John ... there is one small difference between this video, America's Funniest Videos and ave drawings: Not sure either of those examples would include videos of a child under the influence.
